We developed the corporate transactional and defense firms marketing effectiveness survey with the help of several legal administrators and in-house law firm marketing directors.
SURVEY: Contingent Fee Practice
We developed the Contingent Fee Practice survey with the help of legal administrators, in-house law firm marketing directors, case management, Internet and advertising experts. The survey was mailed to 3,500 contingent fee law firms in 50 states.
The answers to each question have been tabulated in five ways. First, we present the overall response, and then we break down responses by average case value (net fee after costs and client fees deducted). The marketing tactics a firm uses to reach clients directly impacts the type and dollar value of contingent fee cases a firm receives.
