We work one-one-one with lawyers who want to break through and practice at a higher level or in a different area. Most law firms have attorneys with underdeveloped potential, lawyers who could make significant or new contributions to the client base and revenue stream.

We focus on keeping or transferring existing business, providing additional services to existing clients and in developing new opportunities.

We help lawyers strategically (how to set fees, how to gain visibility, what organizations to join, etc.), and tactically (what to say at the meeting tomorrow, how to follow-up, critiquing proposals, overcoming objections, etc.) Through individual lawyer coaching, we have transformed and reinvigorated the careers of many lawyers and those with whom they work.
